NitZero Cleaner Warranty

Warranty applies to the cleaning product only. Electronic devices and displays are not covered

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This Limited Product Warranty ("Warranty") applies to CableRated NitZero electronic screen cleaning solution ("Product"), sold or distributed by CableRated LLC ("CableRated," "we," "us," or "our") in the United States.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY

CableRated warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from material defects in formulation, materials, and manufacturing under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This Warranty applies only to the Product itself. It does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy for any electronic device, display, screen, screen coating, accessory, or other property on which the Product is used.

If CableRated determines that the Product is defective and the claim is covered by this Warranty, CableRated's obligation is limited, at CableRated's option, to:

replacement of the defective Product with the same or a substantially equivalent product; or
refund of the original purchase price paid for the Product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these remedies are the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies under this Warranty.

2. INTENDED USE

The Product is intended solely for cleaning compatible electronic display screens.

Examples may include compatible:

televisions;
computer monitors;
laptop displays;
smartphones;
tablets;
portable electronic displays;
touchscreens; and
similar electronic display surfaces.

Not all electronic screens, coatings, finishes, materials, and devices are the same. Before using the Product, the user is responsible for reviewing and following the electronic device manufacturer's cleaning and care instructions.

DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF THE DEVICE OR SCREEN MANUFACTURER PROHIBITS THE USE OF LIQUID CLEANING SOLUTIONS OR ANY INGREDIENT CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCT.

The Product is not intended for cleaning camera lenses, eyeglasses, optical lenses, mirrors, household glass, furniture, appliances, automotive surfaces, skin, or other non-electronic-display surfaces unless CableRated expressly identifies such use in writing.

3. TESTED USE AND CLEANING CLOTH

CableRated has tested the Product for its intended use when applied in accordance with CableRated's instructions and using the CableRated cleaning cloth supplied with or specifically designated for use with the Product.

CableRated's testing does not constitute a representation that the Product has been tested on every electronic device, display technology, surface material, coating, finish, or manufacturer's product.

For best results and to reduce the possibility of damage caused by inappropriate, abrasive, dirty, or contaminated cleaning materials, users should use the CableRated cleaning cloth supplied with or specifically designated for the Product.

Any statement regarding CableRated testing applies only to the conditions, surfaces, procedures, and materials actually included within CableRated's testing.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before using the Product, users must:

Read and follow all Product directions, warnings, and precautions.
Review the electronic device manufacturer's cleaning and care instructions.
Confirm that use of a screen-cleaning solution is permitted by the device manufacturer.
Use a clean CableRated cleaning cloth supplied with or designated for the Product.
Ensure that the cloth is free from dirt, sand, metal particles, debris, or other contaminants that could scratch a screen.
Turn off and unplug the electronic device before cleaning when instructed by the device manufacturer or CableRated.
Never allow excessive liquid to enter ports, openings, seams, speakers, buttons, bezels, vents, or internal components.
Never mix, dilute, modify, or combine the Product with another cleaner or chemical.
Follow CableRated's instructions concerning whether the Product should be applied to the cleaning cloth rather than directly to the screen.
When appropriate, first test the Product on a small, inconspicuous area.

5. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This Warranty does not cover:

any television, smartphone, tablet, monitor, laptop, computer, touchscreen, electronic device, or other equipment;
any screen, display panel, glass, film, coating, anti-reflective coating, anti-glare coating, oleophobic coating, finish, bezel, enclosure, or component of an electronic device;
scratches, discoloration, coating deterioration, delamination, staining, streaking, clouding, cosmetic changes, or other damage to a device or display;
liquid intrusion or damage to internal electronic components;
damage resulting from excessive pressure, rubbing, scraping, or improper cleaning technique;
damage caused by dirt, grit, particles, or contaminants on a cleaning cloth or screen;
damage resulting from use contrary to CableRated's instructions or the device manufacturer's instructions;
use on an incompatible or prohibited surface;
damage resulting from combining the Product with another chemical or cleaning product;
Product that has been diluted, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, refilled, or transferred to another container;
normal depletion or consumption of the Product through ordinary use;
normal wear and tear;
accidental or intentional damage;
misuse, abuse, or use for an unintended purpose;
counterfeit or unauthorized Product; or
any third-party product or property.

6. NO WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES OR SCREENS

THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CABLERATED APPLIES ONLY TO THE CLEANING PRODUCT ITSELF.

CABLERATED DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, INSURE, REPAIR, REPLACE, OR REIMBURSE THE COST OF ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE, DISPLAY, SCREEN, SCREEN COATING, OR OTHER PROPERTY ON WHICH THE PRODUCT IS USED.

The Product is a cleaning product and is not an insurance product or protection plan for electronic devices.

The fact that CableRated has tested the Product on certain electronic displays does not constitute a warranty or guarantee against damage to any particular electronic device or screen.

7. WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a claim regarding a potentially defective Product, contact CableRated at CableRated@CableRated.com.

The purchaser may be required to provide:

name and contact information;
proof of purchase;
date and place of purchase;
photographs of the Product and packaging;
Product lot or batch number;
description of the alleged defect;
description of how the Product was stored and used; and
other information reasonably necessary for CableRated to evaluate the claim.

CableRated may require return of the allegedly defective Product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute acceptance of liability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CABLERATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR ITS USE OR MISUSE, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO ELECTRONIC DEVICES, DISPLAYS, SCREENS, SCREEN COATINGS, ACCESSORIES, OTHER PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CABLERATED'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

9. IMPLIED WARRANTIES

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

10. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURERS

CableRated is not responsible for the design, manufacture, materials, condition, coatings, finishes, cleaning recommendations, or warranties of third-party electronic devices.

References to particular categories of electronic devices or display technologies are provided solely to describe potential intended uses and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, representation of universal compatibility, or warranty regarding any third-party product.

Users are responsible for complying with the cleaning instructions and warranty requirements provided by the manufacturer of their electronic device.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
