Thank you for shopping at CableRated. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Shipping Costs & Areas Served

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States.

  • Standard Shipping Carrier: UPS Ground

  • Cost: Free ($0.00)

  • Eligible Regions: Continental United States (lower 48 states).

Exclusions & Restrictions: > * We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories.

  • P.O. Boxes: Because we ship via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid processing delays.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Understanding when your package will arrive involves two steps: Processing Time and Transit Time.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Estimated Transit Times (UPS Ground)

Once processed, your package is handed over to UPS. Estimated delivery times within the continental US typically range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your proximity to our fulfillment center.

Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not explicit guarantees. High-volume seasons or severe weather may occasionally cause carrier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is packaged and leaves our facility, Shopify will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing a UPS tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the UPS portal. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or by visiting the official UPS website.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at CableRated@CableRated.com with your order number and the photos so we can open a claim with UPS and arrange a replacement for you.

Missing Packages ("Delivered" but Not Received)

If your UPS tracking status says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around your property, with neighbors, or your building's front desk/mailroom.

  2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  3. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in launching a UPS investigation.
