Every CableRated brand Cable Product carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects. If one fails under normal use - not “I used it to unclog a drain“ use - we'll replace it for free.
Returns (Change of Mind)
You have 30 days from delivery to return a cable for any reason. Here's exactly how it works:
• Cables must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
• You pay return shipping.
• A 30% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Shipping
All our cables ship free, and we'll get them sent out as soon as we can. Once they're on their way, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Delivery times, of course, vary depending on how close you are to the state of Georgia.
